I have often wondered if I would benefit from talking to a professional. I thought I had most
everything figured out and was being a pretty good version of myself and didn’t really need
anyone to help. Kim has a fantastic way of asking questions, and making you dig down deep to
learn more about yourself as well as just listen without judgement.
Over our time together, I have focused on me and finding ways to become a better version of
myself. She has taught me that I am ENOUGH and that when I have feelings of sadness or

My coaching sessions with Kim helped to dig a little deeper into the root of the possible fears and frustrations that I had concerning women’s health. Throughout the coaching conversations Kim did not impose a biased opinion but rather asked questions that seemed conscientiously appropriate for the topic. Kim’s tone and timing were at a comfortable pace for some of the deeper more private areas of conversation.
